Ferrofacta je první dodavatel patentovaného systému horkých vtoků pro tlakové lití zinku. Technologie systému horkých vtoků umožňuje efektivní vstřikování přímo do dílu (100% využití materiálu). Systém horkých vtoků umožňuje více vstřikovacích bodů a větší násobnost ve formě. Vyšší efektivní využití stroje a rychlejší cykly než u konvenčního tlakového lití. Vícenásobné formy pro konvenční lití mají omezený prostor pro dutiny a vysoké opotřebení. Formy se systémy horkých vtoků umožňují zvýšit počty dílů na stejnou plochu formy. Snížení uhlíkové stopy (CO2) & spotřeby energie o cca 30%. Nižší spotřeba odpadního materiálu vytváří méně oxidů (méně přetavení znamená menší opotřebení stroje). Vynechání vtokových kanálů znamená méně vzduchu vnikajícího do dutin (menší pórovitost/vyšší kvalita/pevnost). Žádný recyklovaný materiál znamená zaručenou specifikaci materiálu i vyšší kvalitu. Žádný odpadní materiál znamená nižší počáteční nákup materiálu (pozitivní cashflow).

Special Springs s.r.l. was founded in 1978. Today, it is one of the largest multinational manufacturers of gas and coil springs, mainly for use in die tools, injection moulds and other sectors, not only in the engineering industry. In 2012, the company took over a competing gas spring manufacturer, VEP automation. Since this year our company represents and sells products of both brands.

The company manufactures components according to international DIN, AFNOR, MABEC, CNOMO, NAAMS, and ISO standards.

A.E.M. is a manufacturer of polyurethane springs with high elasticity and long service life during the working process and during storage. We offer two types of polyurethane springs in different sizes and shapes. ADIPOL in hardnesses 60-70-80-90-95 Sh and ULTRAFLEX in hardnesses 82 Sh, 92 Sh and 94 Sh.

NEWSTARK is a manufacturing company that has its own development centre. It produces patented components for die tools. These mainly include small cam units, bending units, conveyor belts, special punches, spacers for storage – transport and maintenance of tools.
